Making A Purchase -

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just  browse our store we have NEW,Refurbished and Pre Owned items, just add any items that you wish to buy into the SHOPPING BASKET. After you have finished your selection, click on Checkout and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.If we do not have the item(s) that you are looking for please contact us we maybe able to source the good or items for you at a reasonable price. We also have from time to time items When its Gone Its Gone so be quick to grab it before its GONE.

We accept PayPal  and all other major card payments. If you do not wish to pay online, you can also pay by bank transfer(contact us for for further details).

If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping cart, contact us and we will endeavour to correct the mistake.

When confirmation of your order has been delivered/ received, this is to indicate that you have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order by email, phone or text, and hence a contract between us. We have included this terms to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, or we have inadvertently have under-priced items, or we are no longer able to supply a particular item for some reason. 
In the case of a change of price, it will be shown on our web site.from time to time we have sales or end of the line discontinued items at reduced cost.

Charged twice -

In the event there has been a duplicate charge for an item on your receipt, please contact ASAP to with your proof of purchase so that we can amend your purchase.

Charged the incorrect price -

In the event where you have  been charged incorrectly, please contact us immediately with your proof of purchase(s).

Duplicate payment -

In the rare instance our card payment processor has taken a duplicate payment,  this will drop back into your account within 48 working hours.

Cheques -

Sorry we do not accept cheque's or Cash

Shipping and Handling -

All parcels are sent via various couriers, DPD,UPS,YODEL, EVRI and Royal Mail, on occasions we do do deliver ourselves.

Orders are normally processed on the same day and dispatched no more than 3 days,(excluding Sundays and bank Holidays)

Delivery Schedule -

You must inform us within 5 working days of expected delivery of the items/goods in case of delays or non delivery, or received damaged in transit so that we can correct the problem…Please quote your  order number and description of the item/goods and the cost of the goods in all correspondence.

Back Orders -

It is our aim to ensure we always have stock of the the item promoted on our website, but occasionally we may run out of the product(s) before we have had time to refresh our website. If for any reason we are unable to fulfil you order, or part of you order we will contact you by email,text or by phone with the details of the anticipated delivery date with the option to cancel your order and initiate a refund if you would rather not wait.

Tax -

In some instances a order with a invoice address in the UK or the EU incur 20% VAT will be added where applicable to the product. No VAT is added to order with invoice addresses outside of the UK or EU.


Delivery Days and Times - Monday to Friday, hours between 7am and 9pm.

Next Day delivery will be a additional charge…You will only pay one delivery per order, if you are ordering several items at one time you will be charged for one order no matter how many additional items in you order.
