Distance Selling Regulations -

Boxboxbox conforms to the Distance Selling Regulations, which are designed to protect you when buying items by Mail Order. We offer a flexible returns policy and are happy to accept items back for a refund or exchange if you've ordered the wrong goods,also if the items are damaged or faulty upon receipt or its not suitable what you've ordered.

A) I need to return the item for refund,exchange or its not suitable etc -

●    As long as the item is not used, we will be happy to receive it back for a refund or exchange.
●    Goods can be returned within 14 days of purchase. 
●    Goods must be in original packaging and packed to prevent damage during transit. 
●    Goods must not have been fitted or used in any form.
●    To speed up your return the goods should be accompanied with a completed Returns Form with your explanation using the relevant boxes.
●    
NOTE - Please do not tape up or attach  returns form direct to the  packaging, please place the returns form in the package with the item  your returning if you are usinf your own postage the Postage is refundable, (please provide proof of posting), or we can  generate a return postage label for the item(s) your returning…A PRINTER IS REQUIRED TO PRINT OUR RETURN LABEL.

B) What boxboxbox will do next -

●    We will notify you via e-mail or text you upon receipt of goods. 
●    We will assess the returned item or goods  
●    We will carry out your instructions as indicated on your returns form (subject to stock availability). 
●    If there are any issues or discrepancy found with the returned item or goods we will contact you by email
●    If there are no issues with the returned items a full monetary refund will be issued for all items returned within 30 days of receipt.

I have received an incorrect  item -

Believe it or not we do make mistakes on the odd occasion! If we have received  an item  which is different to what you have  purchased  on our website, we will be happy to dispatch the correct item  free of charge as long as you return the wrong item . We will refund you the return postage.The item must not of been removed from its packaging,this will  prevent disputes or other complications.

●    You must notify us within 5 days of receipt. 
●    Goods must be returned in their original packaging and not opened. 
●    Goods must not of been  used.

C) My purchase was damaged or broken when received -

We do everything in our power to ensure that your goods arrive in perfect condition but if there is a problem  with faulty or damaged goods please Contact Us so that we can deal with the issue as quickly as possible.

●    You must notify us within 5 days of receipt. 
●    Goods must be in original packaging. 
●    Goods must not be opened or used.
●    We will assess the return Item 
●    We will contact you to arrange a pick up of the product. 
●    We will notify you via e-mail,phone or text upon receipt of goods. 
●    We will carry out your instructions as indicated on your returns form (subject to stock availability). 
●    Full refund will be issued for all items returned within 30 days of receipt.

Returning products that raise hygiene concerns - 
●    Products that have contact with the ear, nose, throat or hair can only be returned for a full refund if sent back with hygiene seals unbroken and in unused condition (you must exercise reasonable care when evaluating the product as you would in a shop).
●    Therefore, we understand that customers may be dissatisfied with the performance of products that raise hygiene concerns after they have tried them out.  If this is the case please contact us and we may be able to offer credit for another purchase (subject to inspection of the returned product) or to purchase the product back as second hand (taking into account that we would need to dispose of the item as B grade in our clearance area).

D)…I wish to return an item under warranty -

Not all goods purchased from  boxboxbox  are coved by warranty, if its a refurbished, opened box or a display item, we have a 30 day money back guarantee. Generally speaking, New good or items are covered by the manufactures own warranty usually for 3/6/12 months or more ( the item(s) or goods must be registered with the manufacturer first to claim your warranty before it ends). if your NEW SEALED goods or item(s) becomes faulty or defected including poor workmanship contact the Manufacture regarding your covered warranty.
If you feel that the item you have purchased from  boxboxbox has developed a fault then please contact us before returning goods as many problems may be solved without you incurring postage costs.

Items such as batteries of any type will not be accepted with your returns or individually…Returns policy mentioned will not affect your statutory rights.
