New – A brand new, unused, unopened and undamaged item in the original packaging (where packaging is applicable).The Packaging should sealed the same as what is found in the retail shop. If the item comes straight from the manufacturer it may be delivered in non-retail packaging, such as an unprinted box or plastic bag.

New Other – The item/product may be an unused, unopened and undamaged and still in its original packaging or protective wrapping. The packaging may not be sealed or have some signs of damage.
The item/product may be a factory second or a display item unused with some minor defects or handled as part of an inspection procedure. Some of the item/product may not be in its original packaging, the packaging may or may not have signs of damage which would not affect the working order. The item/product will be checked and test before dispatched.
Refurbished Items – Items that have been professionally restored to working order by a 3rd party or an approved company, this means the product has been checked and inspected, cleaned, repaired to meet the manufacture specifications therefore in working order.
The item/product may not be in its original packaging (in a none marked retail box).
Seller refurbished - An item that has been restored to working order by us (BoxBoxBox) the seller or a third party. This means the item has been inspected, cleaned and repaired to full working order and is in excellent condition. This item may or may not be in its original packaging.

Used - An item that has been previously used. The item may show some signs of cosmetic wear, but is fully operational and functions as intended. This item may be a display model or an item that has been returned to a seller after a period of use. The item will be checked and tested before dispatched.

Pre- loved 2nd Quality - similar to refurbished that has previously been used which has been checked and tested by ourselves for any damages or imperfections which is still in good condition and working order. some accessories may not be included and instruction, the packaging may not be original or in a unmarked retail box. We will do our uttermost best to provide as much information we can.
