A)...UK Deliveries - Monday to Friday  between 8am and 9pm Delivery charges are calculated based on the total weight of your order, the minimum delivery charge is £3.90 for items upto 2kg

Orders from 0 - 2kg: 1 to 3 working days…        
Order from 2kg to 5kg 1 to 3 working Days…        
Order from 5kg to 10kg  1 to 4 working days …    

Orders over 10kg we will contact you with  a quote  before  dispatch

 B)...Orders placed before 10am will usually processed  within 24-72 hours(maybe longer during busier periods and  dispatched for delivery to the carrier we use, or to your preferred carrier(please contact us regarding this).

It is your responsibility to ensure that you give the correct delivery address when you have placed your order, if  an incorrect delivery address is given any re-deliveries or re-routes a charge will incur…Please note any changes to a order once  received or dispatches a charge may incur charges.

With all orders a tracking number will be added  to your order enabling to track the state and delivery  time.
Once your order has been picked up by the courier it I totally upto the courier company to delivery  within the time specified, they will usually take a picture on receipt of your delivery, or the place that  you agreed on or a delivery drop off point….IF A TRACKING NUMBER IS GIVEN PLEASE CHECK FOR UPDATES AND BE AVAILABLE OR SOMEONE RESPONSIBLE TO RECEIVE YOUR DELIVERY.
If there is a failed delivery it may return to us or the courier may attempt a second delivery and your package is returned to us a redelivery charge may incur.

If  you experience a delay or non delivery, please contact us about the goods supplied and have ready the following information available
a) The invoice number
b) The date of purchase
c) The product code(s) and or Description of goods

* It is advised if possible for you to inspect your delivery for any damage,  if  there is any signs it has been tampered with or physically  extensive damaged (do not accept the delivery  take photo’s of the damage,explain to the courier and contact us as soon as possible).

 C)...Places that fall outside of our Standard delivery post codes areas - No Premium or Next Day  deliveries is Available, or Pre 12.00pm Deliveries.
Quotes are required for delivery to these non standard and remote post code areas - Highlands and island  of  Scotland | Channel Islands | Isle White | Isle of Man and Northern Ireland.

Any fragile or heavy goods requiring handling, extra carriage charge will be apply to the initial delivery charge
